About Mrs. Harrison

Mrs. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Science in Counseling and Personnel Services (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Memphis. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Mrs. Harrison is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider. She specializes in individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy and educational workshops and programming.

Utilizing a participatory, educational presentation style that often invokes sports to emphasize skills or reinforce activities, Mrs. Harrison offers Informed Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as workplace instruction in recognizing and addressing addiction to improve the lives of individuals, families, and groups and help companies be more productive.

Mrs. Harrison previously served as an Adjunct Faculty Member for the University of Tennessee, teaching Introduction to Counseling and Human Interactions and is a previous member of Bartlett United Methodist Counseling Center and Samaritan Counseling Center of the Mid-South, having also served as Clinical Director at A Bridge to Recovery and BoCo Health. She is licensed in the states of Tennessee and Mississippi.
